I am a graduate of the University of Dortmund, Germany, where I double majored in German Linguistics and Pedagogy/Psychology (with a double minor in Cultural Anthropology of Textiles and Mathematics).
My thesis was on Contrastive Error Analysis in student texts (Italian-German) supervised by Prof. Ludger Hoffmann.
I worked as EFL teacher and German language teacher in the German school system for a few years before moving to Newfoundland in 2004.
